This is definitely a con (you can easily find plenty of warnings about Redleaf scams online). They are flagged by Data Protection authorities and similar watchdogs. After a while, they’ll follow up with another letter from a firm called Reach debt recovery - which is just another trick. Don’t fall for it, don’t pay anything. And good luck getting through to them on the phone, their numbers either don’t connect or nobody picks up.
