I recently had a conversation with a representative from an organization called "Let's Stop Bullying." It turns out that they rely heavily on Educated Media as part of their operations. However, I expressed my strong dissatisfaction with them because it seems like they use their anti-bullying stance as a way to attract people. When I confronted one of their employees with the information I discovered about them, all he could say was that they have been in operation for 14 years and that I am within my rights to cancel any dealings with them. I urge you not to be deceived by their charismatic salespeople. I became suspicious myself when they offered me an advertising opportunity for a calendar that starts from March rather than from the beginning of the year.

We have been a victim of these individuals as well who are nothing but complete fraudsters. They have sent us a cynically designed advert titled 'stop bullying', and shockingly followed it up instantly with an invoice. It's quite disconcerting to see that there was no approval process involved. We promptly reported the incident to the police and trading standards. However, they advised us to simply disregard the matter. We continue to receive incessant calls, messages, letters, and even threats of legal action from Spotlight. The stress caused by these awful people is truly relentless. I've received repeated calls from this number with relentless demands for cash towards what they claim is an anti-bullying marketing campaign. They've contacted me six times now, and honestly, their approach feels quite menacing. Does this have any connection with educated media solutions? I agreed to participate in a "let's stop bullying" advertisement last year, but it seems like I am still being charged for it. Periodically, a lady named Stacey calls me to inform me that the payment for my advertisement will be deducted today. However, I have no recollection of ever agreeing to this ad. They claim to have sent proofs of the poster, but I have never seen any displayed in my local area or the schools I collaborate with. I believe I have made four payments so far, each amounting to approximately £225. It was only last week that I started becoming suspicious. I realize it may be tardy of me, but EMS appears to be a very believable company.

I recommend that you reach out to him on 0808 136 3636 ext 121 and share any information you have. He is currently in discussion with the reseller of the number in order to have it blocked.

I agree, I experienced the same issue where they are attempting to obtain funds for unwanted advertising. It seems that they came across an advertisement placed elsewhere and utilized the information to deceive and confuse me. I was expecting to receive a verification, but not from them, and certainly not at the cost of £225!

I have also received contact from these individuals who have threatened legal action if I don't pay. They are demanding £399 from me. Initially, I couldn't recall agreeing to an advertisement, but since I have done a few ads in the past, I thought it was possible that I had become confused. Whenever a call comes in with no Caller ID, I choose not to answer.

We are facing the exact same issue as you guys. We have received an invoice for £199 for an Anti Bullying Campaign that we never agreed to. As a company, we are actively involved in advertising and assisting local communities with similar projects. It turns out they are essentially fraudsters, preying on unsuspecting individuals by providing subpar posters and demanding payments. We strongly advise avoiding any involvement with them. They persistently pester us for payment and are now resorting to threats of taking legal action.

After I refused to pay for an alleged advert they claimed I had placed with them, they started to intimidate and threaten me by mentioning their legal department. What's even more concerning is that they obtained my Facebook business page details and used a copyrighted photo without permission. It's worth noting that the address they provided turned out to be for storage units and they are not registered as a legitimate company. I want to warn others about their tactics and advise against letting them manipulate you. Trust me, they will try their best to make you doubt yourself and even make you question your own memory regarding any advertisements you may have published. As if that wasn't enough, they took it to the next level by sending me an A3 poster that said, "Stand Up! Speak Out!" Naturally, after discovering a comment similar to mine, I felt compelled to share my own experience.
