They keep ringing nonstop, seriously all day from like 8 in the morning till 8 at night every single day. Claiming they're with NPower but just really wanting my personal info. I told them to drop me a letter or send an email instead. They said they don’t have my email address and can’t send a letter either?! Seems like pure spam to me.

This is the South African branch of Npower. One of their roles is handling debt collection for Business Energy bills. The customer service team are really approachable and helpful. They’ll investigate any issues you have and call you back at a time that suits you to update you on what they found. *****

I got a call from this number claiming to be from nPower. I checked with nPower directly and they said this isn’t a number they use. So watch out, it’s probably fake.
