Absolutely infuriating! They just won’t quit ringing me, relentlessly, from 8 in the morning until 8 in the evening. They claim to be representing NPower, yet have the audacity to request my personal information. I insisted they send me a written communication or an email, and shockingly, they informed me they don’t possess an email address for me and can't seem to send a letter either! What an utter waste of time-complete and utter spam!
