We’ve received no fewer than four faxes from this company. We sent a response via fax, as instructed, to request our removal from their database. Unfortunately, it seems that our wishes have fallen on deaf ears, as more faxes keep arriving. I’ve also tried giving them a ring on four separate occasions to sort this out.

It seems that I've received a rather puzzling fax this week from a firm that refers to themselves as either Barclay Collection Management (noted at the top) or Barclays Collection Management (mentioned at the bottom). It's quite baffling, really, as they don't seem to grasp their own name! We’re left scratching our heads because we’re completely unfamiliar with the organisation.
