We're absolutely fed up with these incessant calls! It feels like we’re getting around four a day, and what really grates is when they ring back virtually straight after hanging up. It’s beyond annoying! I've taken matters into my own hands and tossed their number into my reject list on my mobile. So, the next time they try their luck, they'll be met with nothing but a lovely unobtainable tone - serves them right, I say! They've been pestering us from 8 in the morning right through until just before bedtime, it's utterly relentless!

In the span of just a fortnight, we've been bombarded with more than 35 calls from Creation Consumer Finance due to a single late payment! It's been utterly infuriating, to say the least. In light of their relentless ringing, we made the decision to invest our owed funds in a call blocking device. Finally, a breath of fresh air! Now, only our family and mates can get through, while the rest are silenced. Sure, we might owe them a couple of late payments now, but honestly, who’s counting? At last, we can enjoy some much-needed tranquillity!

This number rang me several times on a SUNDAY, which is rather annoying as it’s my sole day off during the week. The moment I answered, I was confronted by a rather irritable chap trying to lecture me with various bits of legislation, all because I simply inquired who was on the other end of the line. Quite the cheek, if you ask me, especially on a weekend!

What a carry-on! Just as EastEnders kicked off this evening, these chaps had the audacity to ring us up. We managed to have a quick natter and thought that was sorted. Lo and behold, an hour and ten seconds later, they call again, but this time we let it slide to the answerphone - and surprise, surprise, they didn’t leave a message! Seriously, it was twenty to nine! What on earth were they thinking? It's far too late for a chit-chat unless it's a family matter or an emergency. We could have been getting the kids tucked in or just enjoying some peace and quiet! It’s just a bit much, isn’t it?

I've been receiving incessant calls from some outfit named Creation Finance, about eight times a day, both day and night! It got so bad that I had to unplug my phone altogether. We've got an answering machine that works perfectly, but these folks obviously lack the basic courtesy to leave a message, so I have no intention of returning their calls. Now that I’ve figured out who they are, we’ve sent them a formal NOTICE TO CEASE HARASSMENT under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. I’ve plugged the phone back in and I’m keeping a detailed record of all their calls. If they persist, I won’t hesitate to report them to the Office of Fair Trading and Trading Standards, and they’ll face the legal consequences for their harassment!

Earlier today, I received a silent call from this number, only for them to hang up immediately. I've had several similar calls over the past month, but this was the first one I decided to investigate since it was made to my work phone instead of my personal line at home. It's rather bewildering, isn't it, how some individuals seem to think it's perfectly acceptable to ring our number well after eight o'clock? I mean, the switchboards at most firms are usually shut by five, at the absolute latest, but here we are, still fielding calls long after hours! To make matters worse, communicating with these callers can be a right chore-half the time, they simply don't comprehend what you're explaining. You often find yourself going through the same spiel with about six different people before you can finally get some assistance. And don’t even get me started on their reluctance to escalate matters; the moment you mention wanting to speak to a manager, it's a flat-out 'no'! Honestly, the level of service provided can often fall terribly short of what one would expect.
