After we placed a call, it wasn't long-about thirty minutes later-when this number buzzed in. Seems a bit too coincidental, doesn’t it? It feels like they’ve got some sort of monitoring system to catch our every move. Is that even allowed? They didn't leave a message or anything.

It appears that HSL is relentlessly pursuing us for arrears. We had previously agreed to defer payments, which they acknowledged, yet they still seem intent on chasing down 221 of us. This situation seems utterly ludicrous, especially when our priority has to be basic necessities like food and bills before we can even think about their so-called debt. The timing of these charges is completely off, and they are currently reflecting on our period of deferment. It took ages for them to even acknowledge that we still wish to reserve some funds to cover their charges. It's all quite frustrating, to say the least!

It appears that HSL is pursuing overdue payments from us, even though we've arranged a deferral that they've recognised. It's utterly absurd that, in light of our complete lack of income, they're still trying to hound us for £221. Prioritising food, utilities, and other essentials should surely take precedence over what they claim we owe! The arrears are merely penalties for non-payment while they’re allegedly reviewing our deferral request, which took them an eternity to acknowledge. Yet here they are, still wanting us to settle their charges despite their sluggish response. Unbelievable!

Received four calls from this number today and they've been ringing us persistently for several days now. Yet, the moment we pick up, they hang up! I suspect they might want us to call them back to avoid paying for the call themselves. It’s rather suspicious, to say the least. I refuse to ring them back; it's become so frustrating that I'm seriously considering changing my number. It sounds drastic, I know, but I’m running out of options with these persistent callers who bail the moment we answer!

They’ve phoned us four times just today, and it’s been a regular nuisance lately, with several calls each day. The moment we pick up, they hang up immediately. One would think they’d expect a callback to cut down on their phone costs, but clearly not. It's quite infuriating! We’ve no intentions of ringing them back. If this carries on, we’re seriously considering changing our phone number. It’s over the top, yet we might be left with little choice, especially since they seem determined to disturb us and then disconnect as soon as we answer!
