Later at 13:55, 00491207412341 rang me threatening to take £600 from my bank. I thought my line was meant to be protected! This is totally false and I want a full refund ASAP. Tried calling their helpline but just ended up waiting forever before it cuts out. Using their website is even worse and confusing!
