Got a call trying to fish out my bank info - didn’t give them a thing. They said to “press 9 to opt-out” but honestly, it didn’t seem to do anything. Makes me wonder how much longer Ofcom will keep allowing 0845 numbers. Do they even help real customers or is it just a nuisance?
