I tried asking a few questions but when I didn't want to answer hers, the lady said I don't qualify for their offer and then just hung up on me. Why on earth would I wanna give them info about myself? Proper annoying and pretty disrespectful.

It's about that so-called "Government" boiler scheme. These firms just don't follow TPS rules, probably because they ain't bothered to join the Direct Marketing Association or be accountable. I’ll be reporting it to the ICO, but I’m not too hopeful they’ll do much. Even the new regulations won’t put a stop to this nonsense.
