Has anyone else been getting calls from this number shortly after speaking to an Indian call centre linked to your mobile provider? I tried an experiment with a pay-as-you-go SIM and shared my number with Vodafone and British Gas only. Within days, the spam calls began nonstop. Seriously, it’s about time we call out these companies for using Indian call centres if they’re just leaking or selling our phone numbers!!! So frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They cut the call off just before I got to pick up but it was already 7pm in the evening. Im honestly fed up with all these annoying calls on my home phone. The mobile number they tried was for an animal rescue place, so no idea how they got hold of it. Maybe Asda, where the phone was bought, gave out info or perhaps O2, since they provide the sim card.

This was a call from some made-up "Ministry of Compensation" and it was just a recorded message about, surprise surprise, compensation. I cut the call after just a few seconds. I reckon they must have nabbed my number from a job site, as I’m looking for work at the moment. Complete scammers.
