Not sure who was ringing, but my partner's phone got a call from the exact same number at the exact same time. We never pick up calls from numbers we don't recognise. He looked up the number online and it seems like answering might actually cost you, so just a heads up - if you did pick up, have a look at your phone bill as you might have been charged a bit for the call.
