I received a rather suspicious call from a chap who inquired about my father's name, despite the fact that he has been gone for five years. This immediately raised my eyebrows and I suspected it was a scammer at work. Curious to unearth who this individual was, I feigned interest and responded, "Yes, that's me. Who am I speaking to?" At first, he spoke over me, hardly allowing me to get a word in edgewise. Eventually, he rambled on about how they were 'in the area' and had some sort of endorsement from the police federation, or the like. That was all it took for me to comprehend the situation, so I promptly terminated the call mid-sentence before he could say any more. He introduced himself as Peter Bromley and provided the number 01213335986. The company's name was supposedly SSH House Alarms and Security.

Hello, could someone please assist me in identifying the company associated with this phone number? Thank you.

I greeted the person with the usual "How are you doing today?" But they immediately started talking about the police's response to a security system. I interrupted them and mentioned that I already had a security system in place. Then, I ended the call abruptly. It's quite bothersome to receive calls like this, especially since I am on the Telephone Preference Service (TPS).

Despite being registered with the TPS, this individual continues to call my parents incessantly - a minimum of 10 times every day. They persistently inquire about a person with a name that resembles my parents', leaving them exasperated and obligated to end the calls prematurely.

As I picked up the telephone, I greeted with a friendly "Hello." However, to my surprise, I received an unexpected farewell in the form of a pre-recorded voice of a woman saying, "Goodbye!" It was rather bizarre.

I received a call at around 14:50 on the 7th of October regarding a security awareness initiative. I recall coming across an article about this in our local newspaper. I’m not interested, cheers!

A bloke rang up claiming he was reaching out regarding a security awareness initiative run by the local police and fire brigade. However, when I tried returning the call to the number shown, 0845 413 3776, it turned out to be "Out of Service." Just to mention, I’m on the Telephone Preference Service list, so I shouldn’t be getting these calls at all.

These individuals are part of an organized criminal syndicate who have been persistently searching for a certain Mr. Simson for over two years. It is probable that Mr. Simson is a unfortunate soul whom they had successfully targeted in a previous scam. The government and law enforcement authorities should intensify their efforts to prevent these criminals from inflicting significant distress upon innocent people's lives.

I received a phone call today from someone who introduced himself and immediately started discussing a crime prevention event supported by ACPO (Association of Chief Police Officers). I was asked if I was aware of this event. Curious, I inquired about where my contact information was obtained from. The caller informed me that they had acquired it from a database of individuals aged 50 and above, and made a sarcastic remark assuming that I would mention being on the TPS (Telephone Preference Service). Doubting their verification process, I questioned whether they had actually confirmed if I was registered with the TPS. The response I received was along the lines of them having access to the TPS database. Frustrated, I suggested that they should have checked before calling me. At that point, the caller abruptly ended the conversation by hanging up the phone.

Received an initial call from an unidentified number and subsequently returned the call. Surprisingly, the individual complained about me being impolite and accused me of abruptly terminating the call. Quite unbelievable!

Indeed, I, too, received a call from these individuals. Astonishingly, they only wished to converse with my husband and completely disregarded my presence, despite the fact that we both hold an equal share in our home. It's truly infuriating!

The man's initial statement quite surprised me; he assured me that he wasn't attempting to make a sale. However, he swiftly followed it up by mentioning that I may have an opportunity to receive a complimentary alarm system demonstration. Despite his offer, I promptly ended the call.

I received a call from this number, claiming to be running a health-related awareness campaign. However, as I have already subscribed to BT's service to avoid unsolicited calls, I immediately hung up. I am completely unfamiliar with the identity of these individuals, but I suspect they may have malicious intentions.
