I recently had an encounter with T-Mobile's customer service. When attempting to return my ring, I was met with the rather abrupt response: "You've got a ring with T-Mobile, there’s nothing more required from you following this call." To my dismay, this was followed by the line disconnecting! It felt like I was caught in some sort of automated loop or perhaps a survey mishap. Quite the experience!
