Has anyone else received a call from this firm? We got in touch on Friday, claiming they could help us with rebates on our electricity bill. When we conveyed our lack of interest, a rather arrogant young lady responded with, "We're absolutely fantastic at what we do." After reiterating our disinterest, she became quite rude. We suspect the call came from a number starting with 001 or something of the sort. I attempted to return the call, but there was no answer.

Has anyone else received a call from this firm? We got a ring from them on Friday, claiming they could offer us a discount on our electricity bill. As soon as we expressed our lack of interest, a rather rude young lady replied with, “We’re Red Hot to the fact that I do.” After reiterating that we weren’t keen on their offer, it felt very disrespectful. We suspect that they're using a number like 001 or something along those lines. When we tried returning the call, it went unanswered.

I had quite the delightful experience with this company. My energy provider was really putting the screws on me, wanting to extract a fortune. Thankfully, 001 stepped in and helped me resolve the issue-I've managed to settle my bill at just a mere 10p for every pound owed! I can't express how grateful I am for their assistance. What a complete farce this company is! They claim to help us cut down on our expenses, yet they have the audacity to slap on a hefty 35% fee for the service. Absurd! To top it off, they go on about not receiving any commission while it’s clear they’re pocketing money from somewhere else. My advice? Steer clear of these charlatans. There are plenty of reputable firms out there that offer superior service without charging a single penny, and they're upfront about their commission from energy providers. Honestly, this crowd reeks of deceit and dishonesty!
