This number rings us two or three times a day, always claiming to be from 'Lloyds TSB' and inquiring about a certain Miss Felicity Mason. Quite odd, really. Each instance has led us to hang up without uttering a word. We've kept a record of their automated message, but it seems no one has shown genuine interest so far. Has anyone attempted to search for Miss Roberts online? I'm quite curious if she was ever active on platforms like Bebo, Facebook, or MySpace. Perhaps I could track down the individual behind this ruse!

Honestly, it’s quite baffling! Since when does a bank ever contact you through a recorded line? It just doesn’t add up!

Blimey, I keep getting calls from this number claiming to be Lloyds TSB. It’s ridiculous! Now that I’m signed up with TPS and MPS, these callers are acting unlawfully. Each call they make leaves a record, which hopefully will lead to their eventual reckoning. As we've mentioned previously, you do have the option to update the phone number these pesky callers should use. We’ve given them 08453312320 as our contact number. Let’s see how that pans out!

We've been getting calls from this number since Sunday, and I can assure you this isn't our bank, despite their claims to the contrary. It's quite irritating!

We've been getting calls from this number repeatedly, and they never seem to have our name right. It's quite frustrating! We're just choosing to disregard these calls as they feel rather suspicious.

We received another call from a recorded message claiming to be from Lloyds TSB. Naturally, we felt a bit dubious, so we hung up and rang the bank directly for confirmation. It turns out the number is genuine, yet I'm still not comfortable about sharing any of our information.

These individuals have been calling us as many as nine times daily, yet we've chosen not to answer.

I keep getting calls from this number too. It’s rather annoying that they don't even bother to mention our name!

We've been receiving these calls for roughly a month now, trying the same numbers three times a day but to no success. They keep asking for someone we don't know, and to top it off, we've never had an account with Lloyds TSB in our lives!

I returned home from work only to discover six messages waiting for me on the BT answerphone. The recordings insisted that the call was quite urgent and urged us to ring them back on 0845 331 2320. They also mentioned an 0870 number, which I hadn't noted down at all. It’s worth mentioning that we have accounts with both Lloyds TSB and Halifax. If this were truly significant, I can’t help but think that they'd send a proper person to contact us rather than relying on a machine.

I just had a chat with Lloyds TSB, and they confirmed that this number isn’t one of theirs for reaching out to clients. It’s definitely a scam. Best to steer clear of it. I’ve been pestered by this number three times a day for over a week now!

I received a voicemail urging me to call back on a rather pricey 0870 number, which clearly means they stand to gain while I get charged up to 35p per minute for the 'joy' of connecting with their call centre. In fact, I got four calls from this number in one day! Each time I answered, I was met with an automated line of random numbers and was then left dangling on hold for an eternity. After a mere five seconds, I was abruptly informed that no agents were available, and the call was cut off. It seems likely that this could be linked to Lloyds TSB.

They’ve called us twice already today and left a message saying something along the lines of, “You haven’t verified your details yet. Please give me a ring at (whatever number).” It’s quite puzzling, to be honest, as they don’t introduce themselves at all. If they want to chat with us, it’s on them to identify who they are. I certainly won’t be wasting my time returning a call like that!

It seems you've overlooked a rather important call.

I recently had a chat with Halifax credit card services regarding some peculiar spending habits on my account. They asked me to confirm my date of birth, and after that, they ran a check against my latest transactions to make sure those involved were bona fide. Seems like a rather sensible approach, doesn’t it?

Today, we received a trio of calls, the first couple urging us to dial an 0870 number. The third, however, was a bit more direct, suggesting we reach out to this particular number. Yet, there’s a complete lack of clarity regarding who’s behind these calls or their intentions, which strikes me as rather suspicious. Having perused some comments on this site, it seems this might be on the level, especially since we haven't initiated any credit card activity that would warrant a call from what could potentially be Lloyds TSB. Still, I’m quite hesitant to part with any personal details, so I think I’ll simply continue to ignore these strange calls!

I've been getting an incessant stream of calls from this number. The callers never reveal their identity, yet they keep asking for our personal information?! Sounds suspiciously like phishing to me, if you ask me! Quite dodgy, I must say!

I received a call from this number, and it turned out to be an automated voice claiming to represent our bank. It addressed me by name and asked me to confirm my identity by pressing 1. As soon as I did, it said it was related to credit cards and wanted me to provide personal details. It then asked for my date of birth, which felt quite suspicious, so I promptly ended the call. I’m convinced this was a scam.

Just received a call from this number. The message was simple enough: "Kindly reach out to me at 08453312320 and check the hours of operation." I've no clue what this is about, but it does come across as rather suspicious, if I'm honest.

We’ve reached out to Adeptra (spelling is key here) to inquire about the individuals associated with this number. However, since it seems these folks have passed this number onto another party, we’ve asked for the details so that I can track down the person orchestrating this scam. Adeptra’s office is situated at Forbury Court, 12 Forbury Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 1SB. The main contact number appears to be 0118 938 7000. It seems likely that Miss Roberts might have had a direct line (938 7023) at that location.
