We recently experienced a missed call from this number, and there was no voicemail left behind. Out of curiosity, we plugged the number into Google, which brought us to your site. Richard's feedback was quite enlightening! Coincidentally, I'm on the verge of renewing my insurance with Direct Line this month. Should this number try to contact us again, we'll certainly be more vigilant when answering the phone!

We received a missed call from this number and there was no voicemail left. So, I popped the number into Google and stumbled upon their listing here. Richard's comment was particularly useful! I'm in the process of getting a direct line sorted this week. If these callers happen to ring us again, I'll make sure to handle it properly.

I had a couple of calls from this number earlier today, and on both occasions, as soon as my answering machine picked up, the caller hung up. It seems like they were intentionally timing it to avoid leaving a message. Quite the odd behaviour, if you ask me!

I received a call earlier today from this number, and it was obviously an automated system. As soon as the answering machine picked up, they hung up without saying a word. We had just arranged our home insurance with Direct Line, so with other folks mentioning that company, it's possible they might be trying to promote their vehicle insurance services to us too. In any event, I won't be divulging any personal details to them, that's for sure!

This number called us out of the blue. Usually, our insurers send renewal details through the post, and we've never received a phone call from them before. It seems rather obvious, doesn't it? Just use a bit of common sense, folks! 😉

This number called me twice earlier today, and on both occasions, the call was terminated as soon as the automated answering system kicked in. This seems to be the usual pattern with these sorts of calls.

Earlier today, on the 27th of October, 2008, we received a call from this number. However, as soon as our answerphone activated, the caller abruptly hung up. I’ve not had a single ring from this number since. When we tried to return the call, an automated message came on saying, "this number is no longer valid. Please visit my website for more information." Just a heads up - seems like there are some dodgy callers out there!

We’ve had a rather tiresome evening with these callers, having received six rings right up until half eight, which seems a tad late for any business to be making calls, if you ask me. Every time we answered, they seemed to just hang up on us. It's quite infuriating! We happen to have house insurance with Direct Line, so it could possibly be them reaching out. It would have been rather more pleasant if they’d actually engaged in a conversation rather than abruptly ending the call!

These folks have attempted to contact us a dozen times today. We’re not answering, though!

Got a call earlier today, it rang twice but we didn’t pick up. We’ve got our home insurance renewal coming up soon, so there’s surely a link there.
