It strikes me as quite a questionable approach to split the delivery fee from the customs duty, only to drop the customs charge on you after the fact when you're left with no option to dispute it. They won’t make an effort to reach out; instead, you’ll receive a paper invoice that resembles junk mail, and then they hand over your account to these folks who clearly hike up the costs. Nevertheless, it seems like there’s some legitimacy to it after all.

I got an unexpected text message urging me to ring them up regarding Federal Express Europe. I reckon this is a cheeky ploy to get me to dial a premium-rate line.
