From what I can tell, it looks like a debt collector linked to FedEx, or maybe even part of their team. They have this sneaky way of splitting the delivery fee and customs charge, only hitting you with the customs cost later on when it’s too late to argue. They don’t bother calling you up, just send a letter that looks like spam, then hand your bill over to these folks who clearly jack up the fees.

That said, it seems legit enough.

Got a random text from someone claiming to be from Federal Express Europe, asking me to ring them back. Pretty sure it’s just some scam trying to get me to dial a premium number.

I received a couple of calls from these folks, insisting we cough up VAT for a FedEx delivery. We've requested an invoice from them, but so far, nothing has turned up.
