We've made it clear to them not to call again, yet they still ask for personal information before they'll remove us from their list. Now we’ve taken to simply hanging up on them. This number has been pestering us constantly, whether it’s afternoon or evening. They frequently hang up without a word. Quite frankly, I’ve had my fill of it, so we decided to give them a bell. When we got through, they claimed they couldn’t remove us from their database without our postcode and home number. Naturally, we told them where to shove it, along with a few choice expletives! We’ve never had any dealings with this lot, so they’ve no right asking for our home info. If I ever stumble across Anglian Windows or whoever these clowns are, I swear I’ll start smashing every ruddy window in sight!

I keep getting phone calls from these folks, which is infuriating, especially since they’ve already fitted similar products for us in the past three years! Don’t they maintain a proper record of their previous clients and the services rendered? It’s absolutely ridiculous! Honestly, their customer service has been less than stellar lately, especially when issues arise. It’s just a bunch of incompetents, if you ask me! 🥴

As soon as we answered the call, the person on the other end hung up. I rang them back, only to find out it was Anglia House Improvements. They insisted it wasn't them, claiming their call centre only shows a nationwide number. After I provided them with our number, they confirmed they'd remove it from their records, saying it would take about 7 to 10 weeks to take effect.
