I've personally attempted to call the number mentioned, only to receive a recorded message stating that they are currently unavailable. I kindly urge you to verify the details regarding the firm you are discussing before making any inaccurate claims.

We seem to be inundated with calls and messages from various numbers that misuse our name, declaring that our £15,000 loan has been sanctioned. All they want to do is ramble on about it. The fact is, we’ve never even applied for a consolidation loan! It’s become quite a nuisance as they keep sending text messages claiming our loan is all sorted. Honestly, when you have a partner who is either jealous or prone to aggression, this kind of harassment could lead to a serious mess, and none of it is our doing!

"She said to me, 'Catch you later, mate', which struck me as a bit odd. I've already raised this issue with a manager, and if I don’t get the response I'm hoping for, I’ll have to involve the police.
