For the past few days, we've been receiving calls from these individuals, which has been incredibly frustrating. As we manage Freemans Catalogue, some of my customers pay only partially, and these persistent calls are beyond annoying. We've set our fax machine to reject their calls and it prints a report each time they ring, so we have proof to initiate a harassment case. We're also planning to pay a visit to the local police station to file a report. It’s maddening because as soon as you pick up, there’s no one on the line! Best of luck to everyone else facing these bothersome callers. Don’t let them get away with this nonsense!

I've had more than enough of this harassment and have decided to inform the local authorities. I'll be changing my phone number as well. Grattan, just back off! I've been inundated with over ten calls within the space of an hour, and every single time, they just hang up. Quite frankly, it's utterly ridiculous.

We've been inundated with calls from this number lately, and thank goodness we decided to check it out here! It’s baffling how these callers don’t get it - making silent calls just isn’t on. It’s really unfair to us as consumers!

You see, we’ve got a record of everything that’s been settled, so we’d really appreciate it if they stopped ringing us up, especially since we’re not in debt to them. It’s rather foolish of them, isn’t it?

I’m absolutely fed up with receiving these silent calls-around three a day at the minute. These callers simply don’t respond, and I have no intention of footing the bill just to ring them back. So, do us all a favour and do one, Grattan!

Oh dear me! These callers are quite the nuisance! The moment you attempt to engage, they go silent. So, it’s safe to say we won’t be answering their calls again anytime soon, ha! I'm convinced it's the cheeky lot from Freeman’s debt department since we may have slipped up on a payment or two. Oopsie daisy! Looks like it’s time to change our mobile number, doesn’t it? 😂

We've received calls from them as well, and of course, we dialled back (withheld number, naturally! 😉). It appears we’ve been contacted by a rep from the "OTTO" Group, whatever that may be. I’m ex-directory, so it’s puzzling how they obtained my number! Who even are these Otto folks, anyway?!

I've been bombarded with calls for a Miss Satt for what feels like ages now. They ring at all sorts of bizarre times, both day and night. I’m ex-directory and have registered with the BT service to keep nuisance calls at bay. Fremans assured me they'd remove my number from their records, but, quite frustratingly, that promise has never been fulfilled.

We've received two calls from this number in rapid succession, and both times we've been met with nothing but dead air. Turns out it's that debt recovery service, Freemans and Granthams. Honestly, it feels like they’re trying to intimidate us into coughing up some cash. Ooooh, I'm quaking in my boots!

The individual who rang simply hung up as soon as we introduced ourselves and mentioned the name of our company.

We've received numerous calls from these individuals, and on at least four occasions, they've claimed they'll remove our number from their system. Yet, somehow, they keep forgetting! Absolute numpties, I tell you.

I've received a few calls from this number lately, but today I actually got a person on the line for the first time. Turns out, they were from the Lookagain catalogue, supposedly chasing a payment. The funny thing is, our payment isn't due until the 31st! When I pointed this out, the chap said, "Oh right, we can see that here. So why am I calling you now?" I couldn’t help but chuckle! 😂

This number keeps giving us a bell around the early afternoon, kicking off before half past eight in the morning and carry on through the day. Most times there’s just silence on the other end, which is really rather irritating. In the end, we’ve started switching off our phone just to try and escape the relentless ringing at all hours. It's quite frustrating, to say the least!

They've rung us for the third time in just a few minutes! Every time we pick up and greet them, they hang up straight away. If this continues, we’ll have no choice but to contact the authorities. Enough is enough!

Thank goodness we never pick up their calls! They seem to ring us at all hours; it was around half seven in the evening when they decided to disturb us, and their incessant ringing ended up waking our poor two-year-old. It's so frustrating!

My partner has a feline friend, but I doubt they'll respond to this message.

We manage quite a number of cats and occasionally have clients who struggle to pay the exact amounts. Yet, we’ve not encountered any issues with SPOF calls whatsoever. The only thing we needed to do was ensure we weren’t routed through BT Exchange Square. I lodged a complaint with them, and the firm should certainly take notice if they continue to ring you incessantly!

We are part of a transportation company, and one of our drivers has been trying to get in touch regarding a substantial consignment of rings linked to this number, but it appears that no one's picking up the phone. Does anyone happen to know who this might be?

Well, the situation is that our account is fully settled now, so we’re rather keen on them stopping their incessant calls. It’s quite amusing, really, considering we’ve no outstanding debts! What a bunch of daft folks!

We received two phone calls from this number in rapid succession, and on both occasions, we were met with silence. Apparently, it belongs to Freeman and Grantham's debt recovery service. We suspect this tactic is designed to intimidate us into coughing up some cash - well, mission accomplished because we're quite rattled!

From what we gather, this seems to be related to their department handling debt recovery matters.

Absolutely, it’s definitely the folks from Freemans and Grattan Debt Recovery. These individuals really do bombard you with calls if you fall behind on your payments. It’s baffling - they hardly even engage in conversation! They’ll ring you twice, hang up, or the moment you answer with a simple ‘hello’, there's nothing on the other end. This behaviour blatantly contravenes the provisions laid out in the Harassment Act of 2007. You’ve got every right to reach out to your local police station regarding this matter and you may even be entitled to compensation for any distress they’ve caused you.

For the past month, we've been getting calls from this number quite regularly. We did try calling them back once, but we won't be doing that again since it'll just end up costing us. Instead, we've taken to contacting them via their website and warned them that if we receive any further calls, we'll consider reporting them.
