Received a call from the number listed above, claiming to be from Lloyds/TSB. They instructed me, as a customer, to hit 5 on my keypad, which I did. I was then greeted by a rather rude sales representative. He introduced himself as "Mark from..." but honestly, I couldn’t make out the rest as he was babbling away at lightning speed. When he asked for my surname, I mean, seriously? You called me - shouldn’t you have that info already? How ridiculous! These sorts of calls need to be flagged up. To top it off, he abruptly hung up on me. What on earth?

I received a rather irritating call from these buffoons, an automated voice droning on about PPI, specifically mentioning Lloyds and NatWest. However, she didn’t actually place me on hold. I distinctly heard her say, “I’ve got a numpty on the line asking for our website... Should I just hang up?” And that’s just what they did. I’m absolutely fed up with these types of people. I also questioned them about whether they check their numbers against the Telephone Preference Service, which we all know they don’t. Honestly, I hope someone tracks the owner down and gives him a thorough talking-to!
