Fast track PPI. Decided to get back at them after they never asked the proper questions at first. I just ignored their calls and messages for a couple of months. Finally, after about 2 or 3 months of dodging, I agreed to a phone survey about a possible mis sale from a bank I used with like 20 years ago. I already knew the amount was pretty small. So, first question: "Have you ever been bankrupt or had an IVA?" I said YES. That totally threw them off their game!
