I had a rather peculiar call from someone with an Indian accent who simply greeted me and then disconnected. It makes me ponder whether they might be scouting for vacant homes to target for a break-in or something similar. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!

Received a call from this number earlier today; the young lady claimed to be representing Energy Solutions. She was rather insistent and seemed unable to accept my rejection. I've had to cut off a call from this number on several occasions.

I picked up a call that had a recorded message. It sounded something like E Power, though I'm a bit uncertain. The message asked us to return the call.

I just received a call from this number and didn't recognise it, so I allowed it to go to voicemail. The chap on the line seemed to think I had hung up, as he started chuckling with his mate about how bewildered older people can get when they answer calls. He made a point to say "SOLAR PANELS" in a way that sounded like he thought they wouldn't get it otherwise. Then, rather cheekily, he recommended they simply adjust their microphone if they wanted to catch what he was saying. Quite ungracious, really-mocking the senior generation is not a very kind thing to do.

I received a call on our landline from this particular number, and upon answering, there was a brief pause before a chap started inquiring about my day. It’s a classic tactic employed by these bothersome telemarketers, isn't it? I quickly made it clear I had no interest in whatever he was peddling and promptly ended the call. Oddly enough, he was speaking so softly that I could hardly make out his words!
