Has anyone got a clue about which PPI or energy scam this could be?

This is now the third instance I've received a call from this number within the week. When I asked to speak with a manager, a woman picked up and assured me they'd take my number off their list. Oddly enough, I’ve had the same response during previous calls as well. Clearly, they don’t follow through with their promises. Moreover, my details are registered with the Telephone Preference Service, so they ought to be unable to contact me in the first place!

I’ve just finished a call with these folks, and it turns out they're peddling solar panels. I recall getting a similar call a few months back from a company called Npower, but whether it’s the same lot or not, I couldn’t say.
