I just had a call from this number, but they opted to remain silent. We greeted them with "hello" three times, yet no response came. Quite odd, isn't it?

I can't fathom who could possibly be on the other end of that number! After greeting them multiple times, they just stayed silent on the line. It was perplexing; I hung up after the third "hello" and a good five minutes of awkwardness. What motivates people to behave like that? It’s quite inconsiderate, especially during the evening meal!

I can verify that this is indeed Arrow XL dispatch service. They rang me to sort out the pick-up for the cot I bought from Asda/George that I'm looking to send back. I must say, I'm quite impressed with the level of service-within two hours of my call to Asda about the defective item, they were on the phone to me. They'll be round to collect it in under 48 hours and have promised to keep me informed about the driver's whereabouts, right down to 30 minutes before he shows up. If all goes smoothly, I’d say they’re top-notch couriers!
