In our opinion, when one makes a phone call, it’s only courteous to introduce oneself and state the reason for the call. We ensured to verify who we were as soon as the caller contacted us. Honestly, it's quite brazen how some individuals operate in this manner. What a surprise!

We've registered all of our numbers with the TPS to put a stop to their incessant calls, and if they try to reach out again, they could very well face a hefty fine. Given the numerous complaints about this kind of cold calling, it's baffling that they continue to pester people. It's truly infuriating!

I've never come across RTA Business Services before, but they decided to give me a call as well. Curiously enough, they hung up the instant I answered. Honestly, it’s infuriating! I receive a fair number of these preposterous hang-up calls. I've often speculated that it's just an auto-dialler trying to determine which numbers are actually active, but who can say for certain? I can't quite decide which is more bothersome-the silent hang-ups or those random incoming fax alerts. Given that I don't even have a dedicated fax line, it certainly adds to the frustration.
