A man rang up saying he was from Vodafone and wanted to chat with someone about our EE work mobile contract. When I told him that person wasn’t in today, he asked me to confirm who our current provider is, but I didn’t give him any info. Despite admitting upfront it was a sales call, he insisted on a call back this week, threatening we'd get cut off. He got pretty pushy and even a bit rude when I wouldn’t share the details he wanted. In the end, I just hung up on him.
