We've received a rather dubious invoice claiming that we owe £300. The document features no clear reference number and to make matters worse, I had a rather unsettling conversation with a chap named Robert Baldwin, who seemed intent on scaring us with threats of legal consequences. I've decided to escalate the issue by lodging a report with the Office of Fair Trading.

Greetings! We’re facing a similar predicament with these firms. Trading Standards have made it clear that this is an issue between businesses, and these individuals don’t seem equipped to handle it. Now, we’re receiving letters from LDM threatening litigation and stating that court actions are on the horizon because we supposedly haven’t settled an invoice for something we never consented to in the first place. Is there anyone else out there who has received similar threats of legal action?

Exactly the same here! We just received our second letter today, informing us about a court summons. After receiving our initial invoice on the 13th of October-which was dated 6th May-we managed to reach out to Tony Jefferies. The response we got was quite something; she went off on one, insisting it was overdue. Apparently, our postman must have mislaid the previous invoice, and now they’re threatening legal action. We firmly demanded they provide proof. I can't wait for the court proceedings to unfold! According to her correspondence, we should expect those court documents within the next four weeks. . . . . . Let the games begin!

I've received a duplicate invoice and an email from a certain Tony Baldwin, who proudly labels himself the Chief Accountant. It seems there are quite a few Baldwins at this company, wouldn't you agree? I contacted the Office of Fair Trading, and they've recorded the details. They suggested that we respond to the email requesting order confirmation, which I suspect these folks will struggle to provide. I've also reached out to Trading Standards at our local council and am currently awaiting their feedback on this matter.

Just today, we received a rather alarming court action notice from LDM Solutions, which was supposedly a final warning. After giving them a ring, the representative insisted they had a recorded phone message featuring our staff, which we found utterly ridiculous. We then asked for evidence of any advertisement they claimed to have, and she mentioned sending us a graphic design that, quite frankly, we can’t recall ever seeing. So, we told her to send another copy our way! Regardless, we have no intention of settling this. Thought we’d just have a bit of fun and waste her time instead!

Absolutely the same scenario for us; we received our second letter today claiming a court summons has been issued. Following our first invoice on 13th October, which oddly dates back to 6th May, we managed to have a word with Tony Jefferies. The reception on the phone was hostile, with them insisting we were well overdue, attributing the issue to our postman allegedly misplacing the initial invoice. They threatened us with court action, but we firmly retorted, demanding proof of this so-called debt. We’re all set to see them in court-can’t wait! According to her message, the court documents should be arriving within the next four weeks. Let the games begin!

Absolutely, this mirrors the sentiments shared previously. We initially partnered up with Alderleys, but after sending a firm email, we heard nary a peep from them. Before long, LDM started nagging us for a payment allegedly owed for Crime & SafetyB2B. We've sent them a message with similar content, and now they’re resorting to threats of legal action. We have no intention of settling this bill and will be informing Trading Standards first thing tomorrow. By the way, has anyone else picked up on the fact that although the letters are postmarked from Manchester, they were addressed to London? Curious, isn’t it?

Beware of LDM Solutions - they’re nothing but crooks! Just toss those letters aside. I’ve experienced the same nonsense with them. The moment you reach out, they go silent and keep bombarding you with invoices and court notices. It’s beyond baffling how they're allowed to operate like this across the nation! I even paid a visit to their supposed office in London, but it was like searching for a ghost. They claim to be based in Manchester, but so far, I've had no luck locating them. Once I do figure it out, I'll be sure to keep everyone in the loop!

I've encountered the same issue as mentioned in previous posts. After reaching out for specific information regarding an account, we received a return call, which I highly suspect incurs hefty charges. They claimed to have offered us a promotion but hung up the moment we requested further information, conveniently refusing to disclose their phone number. We've alerted the Hampstead Police about this potential scam around the 28th of September, 2010, and they’ve logged the details. We're now considering following the suggestion given to Jamie regarding the situation.

Greetings everyone, I've been keeping an eye on this through various search engine results. I've stumbled upon another post that associates these folks with a firm called Alderleys, who got involved with us. It’s absolutely maddening and has really riled us up! Like many of you, I’ve found myself entangled with this LDM bunch. Just a heads-up to all - proceed with caution!

Same situation here, really! We received an invoice from these folks, but prior to this, we’d never even come across their name, so it’s all a bit bewildering. I'm beginning to think it might be a scam. We did some digging into the business address they've provided, and while we found LDM Global registered there, there’s no trace of LDM Solutions anywhere. Seeing other reviews, it seems they might be connected to Alderleys Ltd. We're definitely planning to reach out to Trading Standards about this.
