I've been inundated with these phone calls for what feels like an eternity now, and to add to the hassle, I've started getting letters meant for someone entirely unrelated to me. They’re addressed to a person I’ve never come across! Upon prising one of these letters open, I discovered it was from "Collections Direct", threatening some sort of legal proceedings over unpaid bills-what a farce! To top it all off, the address they provided is completely fabricated, claiming to be in Gateshead, England, complete with two postcodes: NAT12101 and NE11 OBR. Neither of those are legitimate! What on earth is going on?
