I just got hit with a £8.13 bill for a call that lasted about 15 mins. It's honestly mad how these firms get away with ripping people off like this. NoPower has got to be one of the most dodgy energy providers around. Now that e.on's taken them over, I bet it’s just the same crappy tactics all over again.

Avoid calling npower business at all costs! I was stuck waiting on hold for ages and then got hit with a crazy expensive phone bill. Total rip-off! Definitely not worth ringing this number.
