I've found that this is a subscription service that's become rather bothersome. You’ll need to ring them up on that number and opt-out, as they’ve been quite persistent in their communications with us lately.

We're constantly getting calls and being billed for them as well. It's quite frustrating!

They're all complete nonsense, just out to scam us of our hard-earned cash. Does anyone have a clue on how to get a refund?

Check out this link (TRADING STANDARDS). We lodged complaints online regarding those individuals, and as a result, we received a full refund courtesy of (WIN SMS).

I had a chat with them over the phone, and they explained that these individuals are facing some issues with their server. It appears that messages are being dispatched to folks who haven’t even signed up for the service. We’ve given them our address, and a refund is supposedly on its way. O2 mentioned that these individuals can’t seem to opt out of the service, so we’ve got to contact the number 08006446041 regarding the firm that’s been sending those annoying texts from 84199. Hope this information proves useful to you!

I've been using a contract phone and I've been slapped with charges that I just can't comprehend. How on earth can these folks manage this? I've never sent them a text message, and honestly, I've checked the message history and there's absolutely nothing from my end to them. It's all rather baffling!

I’d like to raise a concern regarding the number 08451309911. We received three messages from them last night, and it has cost us over £4, which we believe is quite unreasonable. While one message might have been acceptable, being bombarded with three in a single evening is quite unacceptable. If we don’t get a refund, I will have no choice but to report this to Trading Standards.

I highly recommend checking out this link to the Trading Standards website. I submitted a complaint through their online portal, and they were remarkably efficient in securing a full refund for me from WIN SMS. Absolutely chuffed with the outcome!

I've just found out that I've been billed £9 for a subscription linked to the number 08451309911, which we certainly did not sign up for in any way. O2 only managed to reveal that it's associated with TBO and offered no further assistance. Honestly, what a complete and utter scam!
