Just over a fortnight ago, I got a call from someone claiming to be from Orange, asking after a woman I’ve never heard of. When I wouldn’t give out my name, the bloke got really narky and kept pushing for this mystery lady. Now, I’ve also received a text saying there’s urgent info for her, along with some reference number and a phone number to ring. Lucky I don’t even have a landline! The caller was pretty pushy and didn’t seem to believe I didn’t know her, so there’s no way I’m chasing this up.
