I just received a call from this number but I tend to avoid answering calls from unknown numbers. I have no idea who it could be, but I decided to give it a ring back. Turns out, it’s connected to the BTW plc group or one of its branches. Time for a bit of Googling to get to the bottom of this!

I just received a call from this number, but we never answer calls from numbers we don't know. I don't have a clue who was on the other end, but I gave them a ring back. Apparently, they mentioned they were from the PLC group or one of their offshoots. I think I’ll have a quick nosey on the internet to find out more!

Are you certain this pertains to BTW and BCW? Back in its BCW days, it operated under the name Buchanan Clark & Wells, which happens to be a debt collection agency.
