Sage imposes a monthly fee for their software, and on top of that, they have the audacity to bill you for assistance when you need to ring up their help desk for any issues. It's rather disappointing, to say the least.

I found myself being billed £10.59 for ringing their customer support line. Because of this experience, I’ve decided that I won't be renewing my contract when it comes up. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!

Absolutely appalled! I was hit with a £6.50 charge from the SAGE helpline after pacing on hold for a staggering 11 minutes before I decided enough was enough and hung up-never even reaching a person. They didn’t mention anything about the cost upfront, which is just plain unfair. It really leaves a sour impression, and I’m definitely considering switching to a different provider!

I’ve just had a rather costly experience with this number, which belongs to the Sage UK customer service. It seems I’ve been billed £8.25 for a call that lasted just 17 and a half minutes on my mobile. Quite the shock, isn’t it?
