I received a call from this number, claiming to be the tech support for Sage. I attempted to reach them earlier today and ended up waiting on hold for a staggering hour and a half. Absolutely appalling service, if you ask me!

I've expressed my grievances multiple times, and it seems they're working towards changing this number to a toll-free one. I just wanted to share my experience with this number, which turns out to be Sage's technical support line. I rang up to assist a client but got rather annoyed after hanging on for 14 minutes without a soul answering. To my dismay, I was slapped with a £9 fee for the joy of it all.

It’s utterly scandalous - it feels like a bit of a con, if I'm honest. It's as if they're raking in cash, just leaving clients in limbo whilst collecting £40 an hour for doing nothing productive. Honestly, practices like this should be forbidden!

Suffice to say, I won't be endorsing Sage software ever again.
