Ring showed up as a scam, then popped up claiming to be from North Lanarkshire Council. I called back and was greeted by an automated system about a Tesco Mobile bill. Weird thing is, my payment cleared my bank two days ago. The robot mentioned the right amount, but it's odd since I’ve already paid.
