We've been receiving calls from these individuals on our mobile around two to three times each week. Out of all those calls, they’ve only bothered to leave a message once. They mentioned a name and asked us to ring them back on an 0845 number, along with a reference number. The name they left was Buchanan, Clark & Wells. To be honest, there's no chance we'll be returning their call or answering when they ring. We’ve never had any outstanding debts, so it's quite clear they are just harassing random folks.

This number has been ringing my mobile a couple of times each week, and on one occasion, they left a voicemail. They mentioned something about calling back on an 0845 number, citing a case number, though they didn’t bother to provide their name. They identified themselves as Buchanan Clark & Wells. I must say, I have no intention of returning their call or responding to their repeated attempts. I’ve never been in any financial trouble, so I suspect they’re simply targeting random individuals.
