The person on the line was rather blunt about handling things with T-Mobile. The perplexing part is, I've never had an account with T-Mobile! So, we navigated to their website and dialled the number listed there. They mentioned that a manager would get in touch with us shortly.

The peculiar thing is, we’ve never shared our number with anyone in this manner, have no outstanding debts, and are utterly baffled as to why these debt collectors are harassing us. For the past fortnight, this company has been ringing us incessantly while we’re busy at our jobs. Our T-Mobile balance shows a mere £17.74, so why on Earth would anyone get flustered over such a small amount? Honestly, it’s baffling. We’ve switched to Vodafone now and I can honestly say we won't look back to T-Mobile. The reception is miles superior and the offers more appealing with Vodafone, to boot. Honestly, it’s no major tragedy saying goodbye to T-Mobile.

After doing a bit of snooping online, it appears this so-called BCW Group is linked to debt management, which is a bit baffling since proper protocol usually involves them sending you a letter before they bombard you with these annoying texts and phone calls. Just a heads-up, folks! Whenever someone claims you owe them money and asks you to call a certain number, it’s wise to verify their “company” name and ensure the number is legit. This could very well be a scam, and that's certainly how I'm approaching the situation!

This company called us at the office earlier today, giving us a reference number to call them back. We're puzzled as to how they got hold of our work number; we can't recall ever sharing it with anyone. What's even more baffling is why they chose to ring our workplace instead of our personal or mobile numbers. It feels a bit like they're trying to undermine our situation! Is there a way for us to trace them or put a stop to this?

Today, we received a call from those blokes, and I asked them to show us the documentation regarding the debt. They claimed they couldn’t send any paperwork at all. So, I let them know the conversation was being recorded... There was a noticeable silence, and then they said they'd see what they could do. We responded, saying that we’d settle the debt once we received the proper documentation. What they seem to overlook is that O2 altered our contract without our consent, effectively creating a new agreement without our signature. This has turned the whole situation regarding the debt and contract into a pile of absolute nonsense!
