I’ve only just noticed this on our bank statement. Turns out these folks have been calling us for the last three weeks, each time charging us £29.95. We’re on benefits, so I'm really puzzled about who they are. Anyone have any clues?

It doesn’t appear to be a call from a phone, but rather a mysterious charge of £24.95 that’s been appearing on one of our credit cards each month. I've tried reaching out to these folks to have the payment terminated, but to no success. Is there anyone who could lend a hand in helping us put an end to this charge?

We've only just realised that our credit card has been hit with two weeks' worth of unauthorised charges. We never gave the go-ahead for these payments! So far, it's been nothing but automated responses from customer service. We've reached out to the card provider and are now waiting for the necessary paperwork. If this continues, we might just have to inform the authorities.

I'm experiencing the same issue! Just noticed a couple of charges on our credit card statement this week, both listed at £19.95. They appear as QuickCredits alongside the number 0845 0261094, and there's another one for RewardsNow linked to 0845 0261098. I’m definitely getting in touch with our credit card provider to cancel the card.

I’ve been noticing mysterious charges on my credit card statement for quite some time now, and my bank isn’t really being of any assistance. What steps should I take next?

An unfamiliar charge of £19.95 for something called "quickcredit" appeared on our credit card statement, and I must admit, it’s completely baffled me. I've never come across this company before. I've promptly cancelled the card to avoid any further issues.

We noticed a charge of £14.95 on our credit card statement from this number, which definitely seems dodgy. We've never had any dealings with these individuals at all. We've already flagged this with our credit card company, and they've cancelled our old card and are in the process of sending us a replacement. They’re also launching an investigation into the matter. Quite alarming, isn't it?

I received a call from a company called Quick Credit Score, which claims to give you access to your credit report. They mentioned that the first ten weeks are complimentary, but it seems they start billing you around £14 per week if you don't cancel within the ten-day trial period. Moreover, it takes nearly ten weeks before you're even able to view your information. Spare yourself the hassle, I wouldn’t recommend it. Hope this info proves useful!

We've also found ourselves being billed by these mysterious individuals! I can categorically say I've never placed a call to that number. It will certainly not be appearing on our radar again. What a scam!

Hi there, thought I’d share my experience here as it sounds quite similar to what you've gone through! I reached out to Experian to obtain my credit report, and shortly after, a company called QuickCredits debited £14.95 from my account, while Experian itself charged £2. We've since cancelled our credit card and the card provider is looking into it. Honestly, we're pretty appalled by this whole situation! Hope my account of it might be of some assistance. Cheers, Cheryl.

We noticed a charge of £39.90 on our account, and to make matters worse, there wasn't even a phone call associated with it. This sort of thing is nothing short of a scam!

As retirees, we recently noticed that two charges appeared on our credit card statement at the end of January, both listed as QuickCreditsC and RewardsNow, each for £29.90. This has caused us quite a bit of concern. Could you kindly advise on the best course of action we should take?

It's not an unknown caller, but alas, these folks have taken £59.80 from our credit card. How on earth do we go about reclaiming our funds?

It wasn't really a phone call, but rather a charge of £29.95 that appeared on our credit card for something linked to a company by the name of quickcredits.com. We believe this to be a fraudulent transaction and are left wondering if anyone else has encountered similar issues?

I’ve never received a single call from this number, yet they managed to sneak two withdrawals of £19.95 from our account back in September 2010. I attempted to reach out to Quick Credits, but it appears they don’t actually exist. We’ve had our card cancelled through our credit card provider, and they're currently conducting a thorough investigation. Just a heads-up: it was only after we firmly insisted that these transactions ceased that they finally took us seriously. I ended up speaking with a manager who reassured me that we’re covered by the card provider, so fingers crossed we’ll see our funds returned.

We've noticed a charge of £29.95 from this number on our credit card statement, and it's clearly a scam as we've never engaged with their services. I'm keen to find out how we can reclaim our money and prevent them from taking any more of our cash in the future. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
