I’ve come across this company linked to Andrew Millet, the accountant based in Edgware. If you do a quick search for Andrew Millet Wisteria, you’ll see what I mean. They definitely seem a bit dubious. Why not give them a call and have a word with him directly?

We emailed to cancel the monthly payment and received a response saying that someone would reach out to us within 48 hours. However, here we are a month on, and we're still waiting for any sort of communication.

Over the last fortnight, we've noticed deductions from our card that we certainly did not permit. After reaching out to the company, we were met with rather curt responses and told that we'd supposedly agreed to some sort of subscription-which we can assure you, we haven’t. We’re keen to find out how we can reclaim our funds, and any guidance from others who've faced similar troubles would be greatly valued. Kind regards, Janet Cain.

What’s the best way to contact someone with a respectable credit score? I keep getting this irritating message saying the extension isn’t valid. So frustrating!

We've had a bit of a nightmare ourselves. We decided to check our credit score online and filled in some details, only to be bombarded with questions and had to quickly exit the site. To our shock, we then noticed that two separate amounts of £14.95 had been deducted from our bank account in the same week! We reached out via email, and their response was that we had apparently signed up for the credit score service and some vouchers. The problem is, we haven't received anything at all, and now they refuse to refund us! It's such a frustrating situation.

Cheers, Pete! We’ll be giving that dodgy character a ring shortly after the bank holiday. Don’t hold back, mate! Her number is 020 8952 0140. We’ve dug a bit deeper and apparently, she’s been handling their accounts. Not exactly the most reputable position when you’re involved with gangsters, is it? We’re definitely planning to have a proper chat with them about it!

We've noticed 14.95 being deducted from our account not once, but twice by RewardsNow, as well as an additional two deductions by HighCredits. After conducting some thorough investigation, we decided to reach out to [email protected] to inform them of our intent to pursue legal proceedings. To our surprise, a representative replied, assuring us that we were being unsubscribed from Future Marketing and that our funds would be refunded within two business days. Remarkably, the money did indeed find its way back to us! Wishing everyone else awaiting their refunds the very best of luck!

This company has been deducting funds from our Mastercard, yet we have no memory of ever authorising any sort of arrangement with them. We're keen on discovering who this company actually is. Every time we try to ring them, we’re met with silence on the voicemail.

After delving into countless reports, it's evident that many individuals are being taken for a ride. It's truly disgraceful that credit card firms persist in their associations with these shady operators.

I’ve never agreed to any credit rating scheme, yet somehow I'm being billed £14.95 each month by highcreditscore.co. in the UK. Quite baffling, really!

I've been subjected to a persistent annoyance with this company, as they continue to deduct £19.95 from our account despite our membership cancellation within the first ten weeks. We received a letter confirming the cancellation, yet mere weeks later, Rewards Now takes the same amount from us again. It seems to me that these two companies are somehow linked, operating in cahoots to swindle unsuspecting customers. It’s quite disheartening that our bank is unable or unwilling to recover these funds or prevent further deductions. The entire situation is incredibly exasperating, to say the least!

I've just logged into my online banking and discovered that this company has deducted £15 without my consent. I've got no idea who they are, as I've never engaged with them in any way. I tried giving them a ring, but all I got was an automated response. What a nuisance!

Greetings! As with many others, I recently had the experience of having my credit score examined, and I must say, it struck me as quite unusual. Consequently, the decision to revoke followed. When asked if we intended to proceed with the cancellation, we affirmed with a resounding yes. However, today, I took a peek at my account only to discover that I've been billed £19.95! It’s absolutely outrageous! It’s unacceptable for these individuals to prey on others in such a manner. We need to put these swindlers in their place once and for all!

I experienced a similar situation with a company called HIGHCREDITSCO as well. Have you managed to get your funds returned?

Discovered that the CEO is a Nabia Shah. We've encountered the same issues as detailed below. It seems that these individuals have, rather suspiciously, called it quits. Time will tell. This was meant to be a nation where consumer rights were safeguarded against unscrupulous individuals. We're definitely pursuing this matter further!

It appears we've fallen victim to the same issue; our credit card details have been used by these individuals too! We've just contacted our bank to get our card cancelled immediately. It's baffling how they managed to obtain our information in the first place!
