The person speaks with a really thick Scottish accent, making it quite tricky for us to catch everything they're saying. Any insights would be appreciated!

Absolutely, we received a message that was rather hard to decipher due to its rapid pace. We chose not to call back as the name didn't ring a bell, and honestly, it felt a bit suspect. Interestingly though, they seemed to have identified our surname. Quite peculiar, isn't it?
