Upon further reflection, I’m convinced she mentioned she's with 3 mobile. It certainly came across that way, but honestly, it's quite a challenge to decipher what she’s really implying. It all feels rather suspect if you ask me.

We just had a call from that very same number. A chap on the other end started asking for someone with a name we can’t quite recall - it was a Mrs something or other. Then he switched it up and referred to them as a Mr. When we pressed him on who he was after, he claimed he was calling from Three mobile. At that point, we made it clear that we weren’t interested and demanded to know how our number ended up in his hands. Before we could say much more, he abruptly hung up. The line was so crackly; it all felt a bit muddled, to be honest.

I checked the directory, and since we registered with the Telephone Preference Service, we don't usually receive any calls like this one. When someone does manage to get through and tries to pitch us something, we always ask them how they obtained our number and request that they refrain from calling us again, which tends to do the trick most of the time.

As soon as I mentioned that I’d asked him to leave my number alone, he starting making these odd noises and then just casually said, “Alright then, bye.” Honestly, mate, find yourself a decent job and stop bothering folk with this nonsense!
