This was a total scam. They claimed to be offering compensation for a car accident, somehow knowing loads of details about it! Then they asked for my NI number and when I said no, they just stopped answering my calls. Definitely dodgy behaviour.

What a right shambles! I received a call from a number claiming to be Euler Hermes, and they were offering some sort of compensation supposedly related to a car accident. They had an alarming amount of information on hand - no clue how they managed that! However, they wanted my National Insurance number, which set off all sorts of alarms. Naturally, I refused to share any personal details, and they assured me they’d ring back... but I’m still waiting!
