Got a call from a woman who said she was Heather "from Openreach". Her accent was so thick I had to ask her twice to say where she was calling from. When she finally confirmed it was Openreach, I told her straight up that I use a different provider for my broadband and landline, and to quit wasting my time with her scam calls. Told her not to ring me again.
