I got in touch with the New Victoria Box Office because I had an issue with my seating. I can’t remember them saying anything about charging me a fee for the call. It feels really unfair to be hit with a charge just for speaking to someone at the box office, especially when I’m only trying to buy two tickets that wouldn’t go through online. Honestly, it’s just not right!

I just found out this number actually belongs to the New Victoria Theatre Box Office in Woking, which is under the Ambassadors Theatre group. It’s pretty annoying that they only give out a number that costs you to call, and you get charged even if they don’t pick up. Bit of a cheek really!

this number never called us and we certainly didn't ring it either. however, on the bill, there was a charge of £7.33 for a call on 22nd november 2019 that supposedly lasted 11.6 minutes. when we asked our network provider, they had no clue about this charge.
