i used this phone number to try and claim my groupon tickets for a theatre performance. nowhere did it mention that it would end up costing this much, which feels like a bit of a sneaky trick to me. it honestly seems like they keep you on the line forever and then mess up on purpose, so you have to ring back again. hmmm, makes me not want to use groupon at all anymore. surely they could sort this out online, but i reckon its just a way to squeeze more cash out of people.

I tried to use this number for a Groupon code and honestly, they should really give you a heads-up before you ring about theatre tickets. Such a joke, honestly.

So i've rang this number like 5 times today, each call about 15 minutes long waitin on hold, all just tryin to sort out my groupon vouchers for theatre tickets. Now i'm seeing they've charged me 7p a minute! Isn't that against consumer rights? I thought customers should be able to get in touch about stuff they've already bought without extra charges? Feels a bit dodgy to me.

I rang this number after buying a Groupon for a show in Oxford because the woman I spoke to initially never sent me my tickets via email. So, I had no choice but to call back again. This ended up costing me £121! I can't help but wonder if this is some kind of trick they use - acting like they messed up your details so you have to ring back. Honestly, I'm proper annoyed and it feels really unfair.
