Tried ringing the Baxi Potterton support line and ended up waiting around 20 minutes before anyone picked up. Cost me £13 in the end.

I need to raise a concern about this number being used by the company for boiler repairs. This really shouldn't be happening.

I got put on hold and ended up getting charged £14, then when I called again, it was another £11! Ridiculous prices.

I got one of those cards pushed through my door saying I'd missed an appointment, even though no one rang me to say they were coming. The only contact number was 08448711545, so I rang it. I had no idea there would be a 55p per minute charge for calling! I ended up waiting on hold for about 13 minutes and it ended up costing me over £6. Fifty five pence a minute is quite steep, especially when there was no warning about the price anywhere on the card. Really frustrating!

Strangely enough, this number shows up on my phone bill saying I called it for about 6 minutes and 29 seconds, but I’ve got no idea when or why I would have made that call!
