I ended up with a bill from EE for an eye-watering £116.68 after making just a couple of brief calls to this number in December 2022. Unfortunately, they’ve informed me that there's no way to get those charges back. Just thought I'd give everyone a heads up!

Absolutely appalled. I had to ring up this number to obtain a warranty certificate for my boiler, and lo and behold, they charged me a whopping £19.00 just for the privilege of waiting on hold while they fumbled through their systems. What a total rip-off! It’s really unfair, and as the last commenter mentioned, I definitely won't be purchasing a Baxi product again in the future. Others deserve to know about this!

I recently got in touch with a boiler maintenance company to address a glitch, and I ended up being charged £12.44 just to report the issue. Frankly, I couldn't see myself reaching out to BAXI boiler services again; they've effectively lost my custom. Additionally, I was considering signing up for a service contract with Pottington Heating Support, but that idea has also gone down the drain. Their fees are simply unaffordable for me. It’s just too much!
