I've been attempting to get in touch with this number concerning a recent internet order for some items that have yet to be delivered. The receipt I received was issued by Brightmaster Ltd, with this number listed below. When I rang them up to inquire about the missing goods, I was connected to a company named Bioplan or something along those lines, which seemed quite odd. Sadly, both of my attempts resulted in assurances that someone would get back to me 'at the earliest opportunity', but here we are over a week later, and I'm still waiting. Is anyone else struggling to locate the firm they ordered from?

Does anyone happen to know which company is associated with this phone number? I've been attempting to reach out regarding an online order that hasn’t arrived yet. Each time I ring, I'm greeted by an automated system, but if I persist, I can eventually speak to a representative. They always seem to take my details and assure me that someone will ring me back within 45 minutes, but I’m yet to receive that promised call. It’s quite maddening, as I feel like I'm going in circles. My receipt shows it’s from Brightmaster Ltd. Any guidance on how I should proceed would be much appreciated! Cheers, Kathleen
