I've been attempting to get in touch with this number concerning a recent internet order for some items that have yet to be delivered. The receipt I received was issued by Brightmaster Ltd, with this number listed below. When I rang them up to inquire about the missing goods, I was connected to a company named Bioplan or something along those lines, which seemed quite odd. Sadly, both of my attempts resulted in assurances that someone would get back to me 'at the earliest opportunity', but here we are over a week later, and I'm still waiting. Is anyone else struggling to locate the firm they ordered from?

Does anyone know which company is linked to this number? I’ve been trying to sort out a problem with an online order that never arrived. When I ring, it starts off with an automated message, but if I stay on, someone eventually picks up. They listen to what I have to say, jot down my details and promise to ring me back within about 45 minutes. But that callback never happens. It’s really annoying not getting anywhere. The receipt I have for the missing goods is from Brightmaster Ltd. Any advice on what I should do next would be much appreciated. Cheers, Kathleen
