I encountered what can only be described as an absolute farce regarding their so-called "customer service". It appears that they're the go-to folks for any inquiries or concerns one might have. They boldly advertised their ability to reclaim bank fees for clients, using the number 0161 6625080 to make their calls. Quite the experience, I must say!

I received a call from them too. They were quite evasive and wouldn't share any information. It was strikingly similar to the earlier account where a lady feigned familiarity with our situation and then asked which bank we were affiliated with. Very shifty behaviour, if you ask me. Is there somewhere we can lodge a complaint?

I received a call from them too, and they were unwilling to share any information. It was strikingly similar to what others have described, where a woman feigned familiarity with our situation but then went on to ask which bank we use. Seems quite shady to me. Who can we contact to report this?

We attempted to contact them regarding our bank fees, wanting to understand how to reclaim all the charges, including interest. However, these folks directed us to a website that appears to be out of order!

Had a bit of a troubling experience there. I just called to find out the company’s address, and I must say, it really threw me for a loop. They dodged my question entirely and couldn’t get off the phone quickly enough!
